POLICIES
OUR
Payment:
- Full payment is required PRIOR to the commencement of the project. Please note that partial payments and deposits are not accepted. However, we do offer Klarna as a payment option for orders placed directly through our website. 
Communication:
• Due to high volume, please allow up to 3 business days for a response. For the quickest and most efficient service, all communication should be sent via email: 6ixthsense.creations@gmail.com. Messages sent through social media are not monitored regularly and may experience delays.
Refund:
- All payments are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued due to buyer's remorse. 
Updates:
- Updates regarding booked services are provided at the creator's discretion and not upon customer request. All updates will be delivered via email; we do not provide updates through Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, or text messages. 
Revisions:
- Each project includes a specific number of complimentary revisions (info found in each product details). These revisions are intended to make minor adjustments or refinements based on your feedback. If further revisions are required beyond the included number, they will be subject to an additional fee, which will be quoted based on the scope of changes requested. Revisions are limited to the initial scope of the project. Any significant changes or new design elements may require a re-evaluation of the project and could incur additional costs. The turnaround time for revisions will be communicated at the time of the request. Typically, revisions are completed within 3 business days, depending on the complexity. Please note that revisions will extend the overall turnaround time of the project. 
Final Approval:
- Once the final design is approved, no further revisions will be made. Any changes requested after approval will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly. 
Portfolio Credit:
- As the designer, I reserve all rights to add the completed projects to my portfolio. Reserving these rights allow me to post any completed work on all social media avenues. If you're brand is launching discreetly, please let me know so we can accommodate. 
Design Form:
- The design form must be completed after the order is placed, after 72 hours, if the form is not completed, you will receive (1) reminder email. If the design form is not completed within 72 hours, the project will be considered abandoned. 
Turnaround Time:
- Please upload required information within a 48-hour period to ensure service completion within your listed time frame. Your service creation date starts after full payment AND all information is delivered to your design form or drive link/email NOT when you make your purchase. Please use your checklist to ensure all required information is relinquished. Please see the description of purchased service for turnaround time window. 
Photo Policy:
- Professional and high-quality pictures are REQUIRED and preferred. Please refrain from the use of filtered, dull cell phone, low resolution, photos with words on them, or harshly edited photos as they WILL NOT be used. Please limit the use of vendor photos since they do discredit and look less professional. 
Copyright:
- Please make sure that all photos/logo images are not subject to copyright and patent infringement. If they are, the designer reserves the right to not use them. 
Rush Fees:
- If you would like your service delivery expedited, a rush fee add on will need to be purchased along with your service. If the rush fee is not added on, the standard turnaround time will still be enforced. 
Additional Fees:
- All subscription fees and domain purchases are to the responsibility of the client, not 6ixth Sense Creations. 
Ghosting Policy:
- If the designer CAN NOT make contact with you for up to [5 business] days after purchase, your service will be closed and no refunds will be issued. If the designer CAN NOT make contact with you during the information request/consultation phase of a project for up to [7 days] after communication has been delivered, there is a $75 reopening fee that must be paid prior to the reopening of service. If there is no communication up to [10 days] after drafts/previews are sent, the current designs will be sent with no changes resulting in a FORCE FINALIZATION and CLOSING OF SERVICE. 
Reopening Fee:
- If your service is closed due to our ghosting clause, a reopening fee of $75 must be paid prior to reopening the service. 
Open Projects:
- All purchased projects will remain open for [25] days after initial purchase. Communication with the designer MUST ensue before the turnaround time has elapsed if information is to be relinquished after the purchased turnaround time. No communication with the designer will result in the Ghosting Policy being enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ORDER. 
Phone Consultations:
- If you have scheduled a phone consultation there will be a 10-min grace period time. If there is no response after the 10 min grace period time you will have to reschedule. If for any reason you miss your rescheduled date, you will have to purchase a new phone consultation. 
Design Asset Relinquishment:
- All original designs upon approval will only be retained for 5 business days by the designer after relinquishment. Upon relinquishment, any edits or revisions will incur a reopening fee that must be paid before any changes made. Any deliverables are not to be replicated, duplicated or manipulated by anyone OTHER than 6ixth Sense Creations. 
Closing of Service:
- All closing of services will be notated via email. When designs are complete, the customer must complete the Design Asset Relinquishment form before receiving designs. If order is closed from the Communication, Ghosting or Open Project clause. The invoice must be paid prior to reopening the service. 
Shipping:
- Once your product is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service, nor are we liable for any products that arrive damaged or broken—this responsibility lies with the postal service. If you would like to insure your package, please notify us when booking, and note that you will be responsible for any additional insurance fees. 
CEO RIGHTS:
- The CEO reserves the right to refuse business and discontinue work with any client who is not adhering to our policies or is deemed challenging to work with. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases. 
As the designer I have the right to the following:
- Refuse difficult clients and/or halt any partnerships that does not align with our values. Difficult clients include: 
- Clients who do not comply with brand policies 
- Clients who do not provide all required information needed to begin services at the time of booking 
- Clients who are unable to provide proper documentation of their expectations / desired results. 
- Clients who are unable to make a CLEAR decision on what they are looking for 
- Clients who unable to provide sufficient reasons on why they don’t like their service/project 
- Clients who demand replications of another designers work. Yes, we do accept samples, to get a clear idea of your desires. However, we will NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE recreate any other designers work. We believe all clients projects should be unique & special to their brand.
